Hello, I’m Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 22nd September.

The week begins with three aspects continuing from last time. The first of these Venus is sextiling with Saturn, but just on Monday and Tuesday. This can be positive for both financial and romantic hopes wherever there is a situation which looks steady and secure.

The second is the sparkling alliance between Jupiter and Uranus. Continue to look towards innovation, fresh ideas and technological solutions - in terms of both work or leisure possibilities. And finally, Mars continues its right angle with Neptune. This can create an environment of coercion, deceit or confusion.

Monday also sees the forward motion of Pluto. This tiny planet at the edge of our solar system, has been rewinding for the last 5 1/2 months. This is the planet of power, and in the sign of Capricorn as it has been in retrograde, inappropriate application of power has been seen throughout the world. Of course it would be wrong to suggest this only happens when Pluto is in rewind, but it certainly doesn't help. So this alteration is something to celebrate.

Tuesday also sees something else positive as the Sun powers its way into Libra. The seventh of the twelve Zodiac signs, its values of balance, fairness, justice, diplomacy, collaboration, co-operation and working closely together in partnership, comes to the fore for the following four weeks.

This is further enhanced on Wednesday when there is a Libra New Moon. This is important because this Zodiac sign is ruled by the element of air, and therefore the emotional influence of the Moon can help to balance the more logical attributes of the sign.

Sunday also sees Mercury ingress into Scorpio. This can bring a more penetrative environment to thoughts and ideas.
