Everything I said still stands, you should use intent to ask who ever it is to leave and ask your guides to help, it sounds like your are quite open to seeing clairvoyantly as you are seeing them where ever you go, if this is the case it will become quite normal. You need to take charge of the situation and ask to be left alone. Perhaps you could contact your local spiritualist church for advice on developing your awareness so you can close down. It's natural to be fearful when seeing things unexplained in the beginning and being paralyzed whilst waking in sleep is a natural too which stops us acting out our dreams. I have experienced this also. The main thing is to take charge, the positive thing is that you can develop your sightings of spirit into working for them. What area are you based in?

thanks for your quick reply,this is not thenly event that has happened ,when it all first started it was in the shape of a dog but this occurence was nasty,iwas actualy parylised in my bed and i could not move or speak i was very afraid ,this occured at an earlier home and once at this address ,why is this happening? iwould love to get any responces to try and make me feel at ease

Try to stay calm and not alarmed as this gives any inquisitive earth bound spirits power, ultimately you have much more power if you are in a focused stable state of mind and demand to be left alone. Many times the spirit of loved one's or guides do pop in to let us know they are around and don't mean to cause us alarm, so if it's making you feel uncomfortable just give clear intent for them to leave you alone, they can have no power over you if you do this and try not to harbour any fearful thoughts. A simple exercise you can do is to visualise brilliant white light penetrating every corner of your home and asking for protection from the highest and best guides.
